Singapore: Walk along the City of Garden
You will never know another nickname of Singapore is the Garden City. I believe in this name when I found the Singapore Botanic Garden, the national park has establish in 1859 with 60 arches of land was transformed from a disuse plantation into the popular garden today.
An easy destination to find is near this national garden is the Botanic Garden MRT station.
When I get along the green space is beautiful has most of high light with the national orchid garden with the world’s largest orchid show with 600,000 plants and orchid combine with SBG heritage museum, a kid private place for child and parent where they can play and learn about plant life.
A new beautiful day start with a great sun shine, Botanic Garden is the green side of Singapore where is for plane lover or someone want to have a good time outdoors.
I walk from one side to side of the beautiful of a green with a long of other people, and a great new plants that you never know is on the road. I see the garden has categories with different kind garden from evolution garden, healing garden, National Orchid Garden, the Fragrance Garden, and palm village.
The bird and leaf sound along the way entertain me walk from one place to one place . One part of the famous tourist attraction in here is National Orchid Garden which put a thousand of orchid in one place. I pay 5 dollar Singapore for entrance ticket. A big place where is a home for display orchid.
After leaving National Orchid Garden, I got a big relax a while at Palm Village with a great view of green grass and with cold air. I continue my next stand is the band stand where it is a good place of view to take a shoot photo for wedding. A bandstand was built in the early 1860s as a focal point of the original landscape design of Singapore Botanic Gardens. The present octagonal structure was built in 1930 and staged early evening performances by military bands for many years. Though no longer used for music, the Bandstand continues to be one of the best-known features of the Gardens.
Along the pass, it is leaving gate in Botanic Garden, I will regret if I visit Singapore but not come to this beautiful place that connect between human and nature. I believe this place will serve a human heritage to the next generation.
